Welcome! My name is Jennifer Maxey. I’m a Physical Therapist Assistant, ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, and Group Fitness Instructor with over 15 years of experience helping people move with purpose and confidence. My training approach blends the science of physical therapy with functional, effective fitness to support strength, mobility, and long-term wellness.

I specialize in safe, results-driven programs designed for all levels—from healthcare professionals and busy adults to youth athletes and post-rehab clients. Whether your goal is to build strength, stay conditioned, or return to movement after injury, I create personalized sessions that meet you where you are and move you forward.
